TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Debbie H Page, LLC, doing business as The Breastfeeding Coach™. They govern your use of preparetobreastfeed.com and any website, landing page, digital course, interactive resource, email program, download, or service that links to these Terms.

By accessing a service, creating an account, submitting an order, or selecting a box indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or make a purchase. The services are intended for adults, not children.

Educational Purpose and Medical Disclaimer

The services provide general prenatal breastfeeding and newborn-feeding education. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, individualized lactation care, emergency services, or a substitute for care from your physician, your baby’s physician, or an appropriately qualified breastfeeding professional.

Using a website, course, assessment, email, message, or other resource does not create a physician-patient, nurse-patient, lactation-consultant-client, or other licensed professional relationship with Debbie H Page, LLC or Debbie Page. Debbie Page previously practiced as a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant but does not represent herself as a currently licensed RN or currently certified IBCLC.

Breastfeeding outcomes depend on many factors and cannot be promised. If you or your baby may be ill, feeding is ineffective, milk intake or weight is concerning, or you are worried, seek appropriate professional care promptly. Call emergency services for urgent symptoms.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Course access is personal to the purchaser and continues for the period described on the sales or checkout page at the time of purchase. We may make reasonable updates to platforms, delivery methods, and course materials.

Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes.

Payment processing is subject to the payment processor’s terms and privacy policy. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel or refund an affected order.

Seven Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund for Breastfeeding Before Baby™ within seven calendar days after the purchase date by emailing , [email protected]. Include the purchaser’s name and the email address used for the order. A timely, valid request will receive a refund to the original payment method. Access to the course may end when a refund is issued.

Requests received after the seven-day period are not eligible for a voluntary refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution. The refund terms for another product or service, if different, will be stated on its sales or checkout page.

License and Intellectual Property

All course lessons, text, videos, audio, graphics, downloads, assessments, frameworks, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Debbie H Page, LLC or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase or lawfully access materials, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal, noncommercial use. No ownership rights are transferred.

You may not copy, record, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, share account access, create derivative products, teach the materials as your own, remove rights notices, or use the materials to train an artificial-intelligence system, except with prior written permission or as allowed by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•⁠ ⁠Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.

•⁠ ⁠Interfere with security, access controls, networks, servers, or another user’s access.

•⁠ Attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to extract or reproduce materials.

•⁠ ⁠Submit another person’s confidential, medical, or identifying information without appropriate authority.

•⁠ ⁠Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, qualifications, or rights to use material.

Communications

You agree that we may send transactional communications necessary to confirm purchases, provide access, deliver course messages, respond to support requests, and administer your account. Promotional emails may be sent as permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, but this will not prevent necessary transactional communications.

Testimonials and User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, comment, photograph, or other material for possible public use, we will request permission before using personally identifying material in marketing. You remain responsible for having the right to submit the material and for ensuring it does not violate another person’s rights. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.

Third Party Services

The services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including payment, customer-management, course-delivery, email, analytics, scheduling, social-media, and hosting services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, account sharing, security concerns, unlawful conduct, infringement, material breach of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the services or another person. When practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. DEBBIE H PAGE, LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PERSON OR CIRCUMSTANCE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEBBIE H PAGE, LLC AND ITS OWNER, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM A PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEBBIE H PAGE, LLC FOR THAT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a legal claim, you and Debbie H Page, LLC agree to make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve the matter informally after written notice. If the matter is not resolved, claims may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in New Hampshire, except that either party may seek immediate relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, safety, or security. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Governing Law and Disputes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debbie H Page, LLC and its owner and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your infringement of another person’s rights, your user submission, or your material breach of these Terms.

Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the services and these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continuing to use the services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance when legally permitted.

General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any checkout terms expressly incorporated by reference form the entire agreement concerning the services covered.
