Breastfeed Before

Your Baby Arrives

Know what to expect. Know what to watch for. Know what to do.

Breastfeeding begins after your baby is born.

Preparing for it doesn't have to.

The Breastfeeding Coach™
Helping Mothers Prepare, Not Repair.™

The Most Important Time to Learn Is Before You Need to Know

No mother should have to learn the most important lessons after the opportunity has passed.

Those first hours and days with your baby

matter.

When you understand how breastfeeding works, what normal newborn behavior looks like, and what to notice, you don't have to begin motherhood trying to learn everything while holding a brand-new baby in your arms.

You can prepare now.

This free guide introduces you to some of the things I most want

pregnant mothers to understand before their babies are born.

You'll begin learning what to expect, what to watch for, and why

your baby's behavior matters.

Breastfeeding Before Baby™

Know What to Expect, What to Watch For, and What to Do Before There's a Baby in Your Arms.

Breastfeeding Before Baby™ is a six-day prenatal course designed to help you understand breastfeeding while you still have the time and space to learn.

Not after you're exhausted.

Not after you're worried.

Before your baby arrives.

Six days.

Six essential Building Blocks.

One important purpose:

To help you recognize what you're seeing and understand what to do when your baby is finally in your arms

There Is So Much Your Baby Will Tell You

Your baby has a language long before words.

01

Milk removed equals milk made.

02

Mother and baby belong together.

03

Baby Behavior is information.

04

Feed the baby. Not the clock.

05

Twenty-four hours tells the story.

These aren't simply things to remember.
They change what you notice.
And what you notice changes what you do.

The Breastfeeding Coach™

Long before I became The Breastfeeding Coach™, I was a mother trying to breastfeed my own babies.

I learned some of my most important lessons the hard way.

Later, as a former nurse and lactation consultant, I spent decades working with mothers and babies in labor and delivery, postpartum, high-risk pregnancy, fertility and breastfeeding.

Again and again, I saw the same problem:

Mothers were learning important lessons after they desperately needed to know them.

I believe we can do better.

That's why I've returned to this work and created

The Breastfeeding Coach™.

I want you to understand breastfeeding before your baby arrives, so when you finally hold that little person in your arms, you're not beginning at the beginning.

You've already begun.

Your Breastfeeding Preparation Can Begin Today

You don't need a baby in your arms to begin learning how to breastfeed.

Start while you're pregnant. Learn what matters. Learn what to notice.

And arrive at your baby's birth prepared.
